Each month, when rent and utility bills are generated, the app compiles the total outstanding balance for a resident. It then generates a standard UPI payment URL containing your business UPI VPA (e.g. UPI account) and the exact outstanding amount, embedding this in a QR Code. The resident scans this QR using GPay/Paytm, logs their payment, and inputs their reference number (UTR). Once you verify, their balance updates automatically.
